Care First Hospice provides supportive care and comfort when curative measures are no longer effective. Our experienced staff renders services to help ensure that the end stages of life are meaningful and peaceful. We provide compassionate, quality care to our patients and their families.

Our Mission:

Care First Hospice strongly believes that each persons' death is sacred and unique. We view every person as a physical, emotional, and spiritual being connected to the workd through family, friends, and community. We believe the role of the hospice is to help the individual and family create opportunities for growth and fulfillment during life's final phase. Life's journey may end with comfort, peace, and dignity.

Care is provided by a team of professionals and volunteers. Under the direction of the patient's physician and our Medical Director, the team follows a personalized plan to address physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.

Our highly trained and experienced staff includes nurse case managers, social workers, chaplains, certified nursing assistants, therapists, and dietitians.
